Our three-stage botanical gin distilling process celebrates the fruit vendors of the historic East End Produce Exchange, using lime and lemon zest with cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, and selected hidden botanics.

The unique, local Kunzea flower, also known as white cloud, enhances the aromas of the classic red and blue juniper berry.

Tasting notes

Pronounced enticing nose. Fresh and fragrant eucalyptus, lemon myrtle, pine needles, 5 spice, coriander and vintage rose petals seamlessly meld with the bright juniper aroma.

The smooth palate carries bold herbaceous mint, pine and juniper flavours. There is a warm upfront sweetness, rich oily mouthfeel, then a pleasant dry finish.
