Refund and Returns Policy

At Hidden Trove, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To initiate a return, simply send an email to hello@hiddentrove.com.au and our team will guide you through the process. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@hiddentrove.com.au so that we can rectify the issue.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
